DERMEDIC NORMACNE Preventi Micellar H2O effectively removes make-up and all impurities without drying the skin - fatty acid ester micelles "attract" impurities without the need for excessive friction with a cotton swab, leaving the skin clean and refreshed.
Does not dry the skin - applied Glycerin penetrates into the deeper parts of the stratum corneum and remains in the skin, binding water molecules.
It has a soothing effect thanks to the use of rosemary extract, also limiting excessive greasing.

Directions for use:
