Application:
- Using the dropper, put a drop of DURALINE directly on the brush or in the palm of the hand. Wet the brush with the fluid (the 11S eyeshadow brush and the 17TL brush or 31T eyeliner brush), and then mix with any leftover powder powder, loose or compact. Use the resulting shadow on the eyelids or draw along the lash line to create a waterproof eyeliner.
